The Menarini Group was founded in Italy in 1886, and has been headquartered in Florence since 1915. In 1964, Menarini developed its international presence with the launch of its subsidiaries in Europe and Central America. The Group further expanded its growth to include the USA, with the acquisition of Stemline (oncology) in 2020. The Menarini Group is now present in 140 countries around the world.
