Menarini France promotes the highest deontological and ethical standards in all its activities. Beyond compliance with the laws to which we are subject, Menarini France is guided in its behavior by probity, integrity, and transparency.
To ensure that the essential values we advocate are respected, Menarini France has adopted a Code of Conduct to which all employees, whether salaried or not, are required to adhere, without the slightest tolerance of corruption.
We expect all our third parties to share the same principles as set out in this Global Code of Conduct for Third Parties. Menarini also expects third parties to ensure the same levels of integrity and professional conduct from their staff and from any person(s) outside their organization (suppliers or subcontractors) entrusted with providing goods and services for or with Menarini.
In addition, Menarini and its subsidiaries have implemented a technical system for collecting reports and alerts within the meaning of Articles 8.III and 17.II.2° of the French Sapin 2 Law of December 9, 2016. This procedure for raising alerts has been made available to all Menarini employees and non-employees via internal procedures. An explanatory notice describing the regulatory context and the practical arrangements for raising an alert by a third party external to Menarini is also available below.
Menarini is committed to informing its employees and third parties with whom we work of the content and implications of these documents, and to ensuring full compliance therewith.
