Transparency regarding Vested Interests

Transparency regarding Vested Interests

Pursuant to the French Bertrand law of December 29, 2011, reinforced by the French Touraine law of January 26, 2016, the MENARINI France laboratory is required to publish its vested interests and connections with all healthcare stakeholders.

Three categories of information must be made public under the regulations:

• Detailed benefits received by healthcare stakeholders;
• Agreements or contracts signed with healthcare stakeholders;
• Remuneration paid in the scope of agreements.

Since April 1, 2014, all pharmaceutical industry data has been published on the French Ministry of Health's dedicated website:, including all our data since the second half of 2013.

This transparent approach to our connections with healthcare stakeholders demonstrates our company's commitment to building relationships with our partners, the authorities, and the general public based on a foundation of ethics and respect for the values of integrity.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés") of January 6, 1978, any beneficiary may exercise their right of access and/or rectification by contacting Menarini France. The right of opposition is not possible in view of the law requiring publication of this information.

For all information published on the website, click on the "details" of the disputed line, then on "Submit a request for rectification".

We will do our best to reply as soon as possible, and within one (1) month of receipt of your request.
